    23All day we wrestled with the ERSP installation. The error we got over and over was a license error which appeared immediately after the installer asks for the product id (312).

    7576One feature I would like to add is battery monitoring for the labtops. As they are, we have no way of knowing how much battery is left. Twice so far I've had my computer abruptly switch off on me.
