Nodes with NEWer power supplies

Power Supply Over hauling Stage 2. The first direct replacement didn't go so well. We're now changing to 200Watt external power supplies. This requires some significant modification of the node and the hanging assembly.

As such I'm adding a NEWer Power supply Replacement diagram for nodes with the 200Watt FSP Power supplies.

Starred units have 180Watt SPI power supplies.

When using the VELCRO on the bottom of the power supply, place them over the hexagonal bolt holes. If we have to swap the power supply, this will ensure the VELCRO on the hat is in the "correct" place.
