211) Device Installer (Version 4.3.0.2) can be loaded from http://ltxfaq.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/644 BR
     222) Either a NULL MODEM cable or X-Over modem cable - depending on the HW settings on the CM3 board. If one fails try the other. :) BR

     24=== Procedure ===
     25In the event the CM3 becomes unresponsive due to firmware corruption, the following steps will re-flash the internal NVRAM with a known, working image:BR
     261) Download and install Device InstallerBR
     272) Connect serial cable between CM3 and computer with Device InstallerBR
     283) Open Device Installer and navigate to Tools -> Advanced -> Recover FirmwareBR
     294) When the Serial Port Upgrade Window Pops-up, set Port on PC to the corresponding COM#, select the Device Model: XPort AR A1, check the box to clear flash, and finally for Firmware File select the stock image to re-flash. Click OK.BR
     305) Once the recovery process begins, physically restart the device according to messages displayed on status window. The device can be physically restarted via the push button on very back of CM3 board.BR
     31Note: after physically restarting the CM3, if the status window does NOT progress then try switching modem cables. See above Required items (2) BR
