  * enable console redirection
   * ensure rate is 115200

  * enable lan oprom

 * hardware monitor
  * warning temp = 80c
  * enable cpu fan temp control
   * temp = 40c
   * threshold = 5c
* boot
 1. usb hdd
 2. pci LAN (will not show both NICs until reboot after lan oprom enabled)
 3. HDD0
 4. internal shell (if first boots fail, has options to retry, go into bios, etc.)
 5. set all others to disabled, and below. use shift+1 when selected to disable
