Set bios to default settings, then:
* tab 1
 * boot features
  * enable quickboot
  * enable console redirection
   * ensure rate is 115200
* advanced
 * network config
  * enable lan oprom
* others
 * hardware monitor
  * warning temp = 80c
  * enable cpu fan temp control
   * temp = 40c
   * threshold = 5c
* boot (use + and - to move items, arrow keys to navigate. shift+1 toggles enabled state)
 1. usb hdd
 2. pci LAN (will not show both NICs until reboot after lan oprom enabled)
 3. HDD0
 4. internal shell (if first boots fail, has options to retry, go into bios, etc.)
 5. move all others below these, and disable with shift+1
