[orbit-user] Cannot login into sandbox

[PENTAKOTA, NARENDRA K]

I have a problem logging onto orbit sandbox and working with it. I am able to login into gateway.orbit-lab.org but  cant seem to login into console.sb1 with my credentials. I did reserve it from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM and tried during the reservation.

Following is the error message I get after I give my password.

Password:
Access denied for this host

Permission denied (publickey,keyboard-interactive).



my login id is 'pentakot'
