[orbit-user] outdoor shutdown?

I reserved the Outdoor grid 1:30 PM onwards. Please reserve slots before you
work on the outdoor grid nodes. Your nodes turned off because I started
imaging on Outdoor.

Unfortunately, I didn't check for other users before starting imaging.
