[orbit-user] New baseline-8.3.ndz and baseline-8.3-dev.ndz

Since we had some issues with the latest baseline I've quickly
upgraded it and also dealt with size issues by creating two images,
baseline-8.3.ndz and baseline-8.3-dev.ndz. Now baseline.ndz will point
to baseline-8.3.ndz and baseline-dev.ndz will point to
baseline-8.3-dev.ndz. The baseline-dev.ndz image just has gcc, and a
lot of dev libs you probably would want if doing development. If you
are just running experiments you want baseline.ndz as it a lot
smaller. baseline.ndz is just baseline-dev.ndz with the development
package removed. This new baseline is only 153 MB, its the smallest
baseline yet.

This image has everything baseline baseline-8.2.ndz has but we upgarded:

 * compat-wireless-2.6 was upgraded to reflect wireless-testing latest
developments. Initial 802.11s code has been added.
 * MadWifi from 0.9.4 to trunk (MadWifi r3366) with two custom
patches, one submitted upstream.
 * apt-get upgrade
 * baseline-dev.ndz now available, it will contain git, svn, gcc and
kernel headers. This release's -dev is baseline-8.3-dev.ndz.
baseline-dev.ndz will point to this release. We do this so we can
remove all development details from the main baseline to reduce its
size.

== Notes ==

 * Issues with 2.6.24:

  Debian has now moved from 2.6.22 to 2.6.24. If you try to apt-get
dist-upgrade you will be moved to 2.6.24, but there is a bug with
2.6.24 that affects our nodes. The oops happens before serial access
is even available so the only way to see this is if you have a VGA
monitor connected. Just for reference the following is the oops and it
will be looked into.
