[orbit-user] Can't login to grid or consoles via ssh

Good Day

I made a reservation for the main grid this morning from 7:00 am to 9:00 am. My slot was not approved (although there was no conflicts with other reservations). However when I try to ssh to the grid I get the following:

[fokus at eeimf-lap ~]$ ssh fokus at console.grid.orbit-lab.org
Password: 
Access denied for this host

Permission denied (publickey,keyboard-interactive).

Similarly I made a reservation for sb1 from 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm with the same response as seen above.
I however am able to ssh to gateway.orbit-lab.org.

If it helps all the other user's slots are also pending approval (yellow) on my view of the scheduler.
Any help in this regard will be much appreciated!
