[orbit-user] List moved to Mailman

As you might have noticed, this list has been moved from majordomo at
winlab to mailman at orbit-lab. Among other things, this move gives us a
web-interface and a mailing list archives. 

In addition to software change, in order to keep the traffic on this
mailing list to a minimum, we have introduced two new email addreses:

  1.) problems [at] orbit-lab [dot] org - for reporting immediate
problems with the testbed infrastructure
  2.) support [at] orbit-lab [dot] org - for questions related to
conducting experiments on testbed

Please feel free to use these two new email addresses to effectively
communicate with support people.
