Fixing things so that you can have anonymous svn over http will take a
while.  In the mean time, we've fixed it so that you can check out
from external2 or a console into your ORBIT home directory.  It works
for my test account, but please give it a try again and make sure it
works for you, and let me know how it goes.

Probably, yes, but I'm not sure which ones.  This issue is literally
the next one on my list.
