[orbit-user] Nodes on Outdoor

There appears to be CMC Off Hard commands issued at 11:13AM, 11:26AM, 
12:00PM, and 12:29PM for nodeset 1-1, 1-2, 1-3, 1-4, 1-6, 1-7, 1-8, and 
1-9. Aren't those your requests?
