Hi Mohamed,

your slots were actually approved it is just that we have a bug in a new
version of the scheduler where the approved slots are not reflected in
the frontend (and the mail doesn't go out) - we will try to fix it ASAP.
In other words, you should have been able to log in during your slots
even without notice (at least that is what logs show).

         my 3 reservations in sand box 1 has not been approved (no clash
with other reservations either) i would like to know if this is just an
exception or a change which mandates that i reserve for a slot so much
hours in advance or something
