We're presently having trouble with our tftpd server.  This is
probably what you're seeing.  Early this morning, I put in some more
changes to make it so the system will try to restart the tftpd daemon
more quickly if it crashes.  I'm also working on getting it to stop
crashing in the first place, but there's no clear solution for that
yet.
