ORBIT-USER: Mackill, AODV and OLSR

FYI:

Experiments in the ad-hoc mode can now be performed with the:
adhoc_0.1.ndz  image.

The image has the AODVD-UU,  OLSRD, latest drivers (patched) and mackill
kernel patch installed.
