ORBIT-USER: orbitHandler

Hi,

I am trying to use orbitHandler to run some perl programs on a group of nodes. This page http://www.orbit-lab.org/wiki/Documentation/orbitHandler seems to suggest that this command (joeuser at console.sb1:~$ ./orbitRunWait nodeset "perl program.pl") should be capable of doing these things but I do not understand how it works. It seems there is no orbitRunWait program. Can somebody let me know what I am missing.
