ORBIT-USER: Imaging not working on GRID

Imaging isn't working for me too.
The error is

I think its because of an existing instance of imageNodes being run by some
other user.
ps -ef returned me

I am unable to kill the other process.

Sure. I don't see anything obviously wrong after a brief look. Can you
