ORBIT-USER: Interference from Sandbox to Main Grid

The sandbox nodes are in a separate room and connected directly with
cables. Still, the leakage of EM waves is inevitable. The distance
from the first row of the main grid is roughly 20 meters.
Experimenters previously reported observing transmissions from the
sandboxes. Keep in mind that even the sloppiest card can easily have
sensitivity of -80dBm, and than, due to the nature of CSMA it can
affect traffic on the grid.
Another issue, which is even more important is that at least 3 access
points operate in 2.4 to 2.5GHz band. We share the building with
others, so except for one of them, they are out of our control.
