ORBIT-USER:How to reserve time slot.

Hi Haris,
I did maintain the time difference when I made the reservation as mentioned
int my mail .I made an another reservation #sc14696095adf190 at
sandbox1(sb1) between 07/14/2007 5:00am and 07/14/2007 6:00am(according to
ORBIT time) .I was to do the expt between 07/14/2007 2:30pm and 07/14/2007
3:30pm(my local time) .But again it remained yellow and I was unable to do
the expt.
Also prior to mailing in the ORBIT mailing list, I had a mail sent to the
administrator for request to approve my time slot for this recent
reservation at 07/14/07. But nothing happened.
I cant understand what is going wrong.
