ORBIT-USER: Reservation for grid 6.00 am to 8.00 am not approved

Hi

My reservation for the grid from 6.00 am to 8.00 am has not yet been
approved despite there being no conflicting requests.
I already was unable to use my approved slot from 4.00 am to 6.00 am because
of an "Access denied" error.
Can someone please look into this ASAP?
