ORBIT-USER: sb5: Reservation not being approved

Hi,
  My reservation for Sandbox-5 from 5.30 AM to 7.30 AM is not being approved though the time now is 5.50 AM. My reservation does not have a conflict with others. Could someone tell me why might this happen and possible workarounds ? . My apologies if this question was answered before in this group (I could not locate one atleast).
