ORBIT-USER: Reg:Non availability of slots during day time

hi all,

May be there is some sort of tough paper deadline, but i am seeing a 
unjustifiable 3 month booking in orbit-grid. I had planned to work for a 
couple of hours on tue and thursday on the grid during day time. When i 
logged in i found the grid to be booked till april(between 10-4). Whats 
going on? Could someone resolve the hidden race for grid :)...
