ORBIT-USER: HVAC related ORBIT outages

Hi Joseph,

Thanks for the information.

I am trying to use the grid at the moment, and all the 400 nodes are in 
a "Not Available" state according to the CMC gridservice output.

Is it because of another HVAC failure which is happening now, or is it 
because something was not re-started properly after the last failure?

If it is the latter case, could someone at Winlab check it please?

If it is the former case, I guess I will do something else this morning :)
