ORBIT-USER: OML question

Hi

Could someone please tell me what the supported metric types for OML are?
According to the example in the documentation, int and float are supported.
<measurement-point id="receiverport">
                                <metric id="flow_no" type="int">
                                        <description>id of the
flow</description>
                                </metric>
                                <metric id="throughput" type="float">
                                        <description> Flow
Throughput</description>
                                </metric>
</measurement-point>

I know this is unlikely, but are any non-numeric types like strings
supported?
