ORBIT-USER: telnet and ssh to nodes

Hey Vanessa.
You need to turn on the nodes first before you can ssh into them. Use the
following command to turn on each node separately - wget -O - -q
'http://cmc:5012/cmc/on?x=#&y=#'.
Then you should be able to ssh into the nodes.
