Andrea,
You can use perl scripts similar to the one found here
http://www.orbit-lab.org/wiki/Documentation/OTG/Measurement/DatabaseProcess
to extract the columns that you need and post process the data.
You can write very simple awk scripts to massage these columns once you have
extracted them
