Try, /usr/bin/imageNodes4 Max announced some time ago. It should give up 
on the ones that persist not to come up for a long time. Also you can 
always craft your list like

imageNodes [1,4],[3,5],[11,7],....   imageName.ndz

commands. Rebooting a node soft (graceful) or hard (resetting) should be 
there.

If you mean CMC commands, 2. above should tell you more than rebooting.
