ORBIT-USER: how to change password?

This was because our cfengine was overwriting the gw's

/etc/pam.d/common-passwd

It does this every 15 minutes. Cfengine has been updated and should
push onto all clients and servers the new file in the next 15 minutes.
Apologies for any inconveniences. This should work now.
