ORBIT-USER: New grid control framework

Hello All,

I've developed a new framework for controlling the ORBIT lab that I'm
making available to everyone.

Its called 'orbitHandler', and I've set up a page in the documentation
section about it. The link is

In the next few days I expect to get the ability to host this command set
on one of the ORBIT lab servers. Until that happens, if you're interested
in trying it out, just send me an email and I'll send the tgz file to you.

Its written in ruby and bash, and is bug free (as far as I know :) ).
